Scammed by rocky hicks duanesburg ny 12056 paving
rocky hicks stopped by said he had a half of truckload of tar he had to get rid of i was not in the market for a driveway he said it would be 4 inches thick and i could have the left over for my other driveway meanwhile when i went to bank neighbor came over and bought tar that was already sold to me so i got paper thin driveway thats uneven and crooked these scammers wanted 3 thousand dollars i talked them down to $2000 i didn,t get the job i suppose to get they lie straight to your face i have get this redone this will crack fast they got paid by someone else for this tar it was sold three times i got ripped off who evers tar it was in the beginning got ripped off
