They have not shipped my order yet. This order has been placed 3 weeks ago and was supposed to be coming before Christmas Day. It is now two days before Christmas, and there is no type of shipping date, confirmation, or tracking number set. They have no sympathy towards customers and there orders. They ship super late.

User's recommendation: Order 5 weeks prior for any set date!
