The way we treated and eventually being kicked out of the establishment

I purchased 3 of the top pedicures thru Groupon. When I called to schedule I had to schedule one hour apart, cuz she was going to be the only tech there.

My daughter went first, and informed me that they were going to charge her an extra 15.00 dollars to remove her existing polish, then my sister was second, and she told her they do not cut our ingrown toenails, and she also was going to get charged 15.00 extra for removing her existing polish, and she didn't have time to do the Rock Star pedicure, she was only going to do a s3luze. So I get there and tell them they are going to honor what I paid for and I wasn't paying any more cus it was not stated on the Groupon. Also she should have scheduled us later apart if she didn't have time. One of the techs said that's just an advertisement, people pay for the experience not the services Then one of the techs husband who was there told us if we didn't like there rules to get the *** out before they called the cops.

Do my sister had to walk out in the middle of her pedicure on her bare feet and I never started mine. They all were rude, and you don't treat or resolve things with cuss words and raising your voice and kicking people out. Just from my experience they rip people off, don't disclose their stipulations, are high price for what their pedicures include and don't include.

Do not go there the people are not professionals, and are out to gouge you for every penny they can get. They also offer you wine if you want but I didn't see a liquor licence.

Hi, so I was the tech that was supposed to perform the services. First off, Groupon states that anything not included in the base service is extra.

It’s always been on there. I understand the confusion and frustration but you came in threatening physical harm to me. That’s why you got kicked out. I was willing to do the pedicure you expected to receive.

Unfortunately the services were booked wrong and that’s why I was doing the Deluxe Pedicure on your daughter. Gel removal and gel add on has always been an extra charge. Even at the non standard salons I get charged for these things. At the end of the day you were kicked out because you threatened physical harm over $30.

As you walked in I was actually performing the Spa Pedicure because I saw that I was about to finish early. You were screaming at me while you were on the phone and that made me worry about my safety so I called the other techs to come in. They witnessed you B line it straight to me and we were all afraid of what you were going to do to me. Your terrible service was due to your response to $30 add ons because you refused to read all terms and conditions before booking.

Our liquor license is posted up at the front desk for everyone to see! Again you didn’t pay attention to the fine details just like with the add ons.

Maybe next time don’t threaten to physically harm an employee simply doing her job. I was willing and ALREADY doing the service you did not originally book for.
