Product stop taking a charge also wont distribute power from ac outputs
- The device won't charge and shuts down.
- AC functions don't work.
- I lost payment details and my information was stolen; the box was destroyed in a flood.
My property/Product has stop charging o can't use the Ac functions at all in it wont charge it shuts down ... I dont have the original payment method details all my information was stolen but I still have the product I dont have the original box either but I saved what I could my basement flooded and destroyed the cardboard box
- You just never know what the results are after you purchased a product
- Hopefully someone realizes and responds back with a solution

Rockpal 1300
- RockPal 1300 used only a couple times in the last couple years, looks brand new.
- But now nothing works after charging 24 hours; no lights; fix?
Have only used my rockpal 1300 a couple of times in the last couple years. It still looks brand new.
But now nothing works.I've charged it for 24 hours and still all dead.
No lights , no nothing.
Is there a fix? Thanks
User's recommendation: I don't even see Rockpals selling anymore. And there is no customer service number. Don't even buy a used one unless you can fix it!

Verified ReviewerOn oct/Nov 2023 My Father in law purchased Two of the Rockpals 1300 w solar generators, one of the two doesn't work.
- Two 1300W Rockpals banks were gifts from my father-in-law; one won't power on; Rockpals has proof of purchase in records; I want a replacement.
My father in law who died in Jan of 2024 had ordered two of the 1300w Rockpals solar banks earlier that year, a gift from him to me. A few months later I needed the unit and when I tried to turn it on there was nothing , I also own the 600w solar banks and have never had an issue, I made sure that it was checked and charged when it arrived along with my father in laws 1300w unit.
I stored the unit in a spare room on a shelf with my other gear. I have tried to get in contact with Rockpals and they want proof of purchase , that is in their own records they can look that up , all I want is to replace the unit with one that works. My father in law really liked Rockpals and I purchased the products with his backing .

It seems that I am getting a runaround for just requesting an operating manual. I can just imagine What I could expect if I had a bigger problem !!!
