Ordered chair plans twice, 20$ each plan, wrong plans. I would have thought good customer service would have been to send the correct plans free of charge. All custom poor service was willing to do was sent me a shipping label to send the plans back, at my expense.

I have a Miter Fold Dado set - and love using it. I purchased it back in Monnesota before we moved to Arizona. I have made made 13 pullout boxes for under the cabinet counters. However, the .004 shims are a problem for me.They fall down into the threads of the arbor and get bent and I have actually ended up with metal slivers in my hands. So, can I purchase new .004 shims? how much are they and who has them - or where do I go? Is there a way to keep them from falling into the arber threads? I will wait to hear from you. Don
We'll I'm not posses don't know why this came into my feed. Don't know why you ask me on every item why I wanted it, but I'm not pissed just think it was kinda of weird.

I received only partial order without an explanation. Not even a. Packing slip. 3 peed from Rockler this last four weeks. Never a packing slip. !

Harassed by your excessive emails. Also, no acknowledgement from Rockler about my multiple email requests to "unsubscribe."
Although your company claims that an "unsubscribe" option is available at the bottom of your email ads; it has not been available to me. I feel badgered by a half dozen daily emails from Rockler. Increasingly excessive email ads. No option to unsubscribe.
Twice I emailed Rockler customer service about my need for them to stop all email ads. I have received no response from customer service. The emails still pour in.
User's recommendation: Shop directly in a Rockler retail store for their special woodworking tools and supplies. DO NOT under any circumstances disclose your email address to Rockler. If you do, you may be sorry.

Called looking for replacement parts got transferred was on the phone with the guy for over thirty minutes I think it was his first day he had to keep getting help from someone else received parts and it was incomplete I called and this time got a very knowledgeable lady new exactly what i needed took less than 5 minutes

Due to the enticement of an online coupon savings of 15% with qualitification noted, I ordered LED lighting for my shop. Order form, final page, allowed the coupon code to be entered for savings but form has no update button so cannot see that discount did not qualify on that item, only option is pushing order button. Then I had the order submitted without recourse as it was after hours. Called customer service this AM to cancel order and they say already processed and nothing can be done except return them at my expense. WIll never order again from them, I hate deceptive sales systems. Its never good to lose customers who tried to do the right things to analyze a purchase or remedy the final outcome
