Missing item from order # S1229****

I ordered 2 items from Rockler, I received item 61273 andirondack MDF but did not receive the other item 54909 Adirondack hardware packet. When will I be receiving the second item.

On a recent Saturday I purchased a few items from your online catalog. However, I very quickly decided that the most costly item may have been overkill, so I sent a note in about an hour later asking that the order be canceled.

Unfortunately, you don't staff over the weekend, so I sent another note first thing Monday morning, and followed up with a phone call, reiterating my desire to cancel the order. However, I was told that was too late, that the order had already been pulled even though the mailing label wasn't created until late in the afternoon on Monday. They don't staff customer service over the weekend, but they staff the warehouse? That's the only way it could have been pulled by the start of business Monday.

I was then told that I would have to return the item after it was received by me, even though it had not left your facility yet. When I received the item (16inch hairpin legs), I compared it to a set I had recently purchased from Amazon for less than half the Rockler price, and the Rockler product was not manufactured better in any way. In fact, the Amazon product had extra holes drilled that allowed me greater flexibility regarding where I mounted the legs. The Rockler product was simply overpriced.

I now plan to return the Rockler order, but since I couldn't cancel the order due to your lack of staffing, I'm now responsible for the return shipping. Needless to say that the Rockler product being priced more than double the one from Amazon, and the money I will have to spend to return the overpriced it has left me very dissatisfied. It would seem that at a minimum, Rockler could check the incoming mail first thing Monday morning before orders are processed to see if there is a cancelation request, or, if the orders are going to be processed over the weekend without any office staffing, that needs to be corrected.

There are other places from which I can order good products and not be put in the same position. Most respond over the weekend, and many have paid return shipping.

Wrong plans

Ordered chair plans twice, 20$ each plan, wrong plans. I would have thought good customer service would have been to send the correct plans free of charge. All custom poor service was willing to do was sent me a shipping label to send the plans back, at my expense.

Need parts

I have a Miter Fold Dado set - and love using it. I purchased it back in Monnesota before we moved to Arizona.

I have made made 13 pullout boxes for under the cabinet counters. However, the .004 shims are a problem for me.They fall down into the threads of the arbor and get bent and I have actually ended up with metal slivers in my hands.

So, can I purchase new .004 shims?

how much are they and who has them - or where do I go? Is there a way to keep them from falling into the arber threads?

I will wait to hear from you.

Harassed by your excessive emails. Also, no acknowledgement from Rockler about my multiple email requests to "unsubscribe."

Although your company claims that an "unsubscribe" option is available at the bottom of your email ads; it has not been available to me. I feel badgered by a half dozen daily emails from Rockler.

Please stop! UNSUBSCRIBE ciolli.russell@***.com from your system. I trust someone there can figure out how to do that.

Increasingly excessive email ads. No option to unsubscribe.

Twice I emailed Rockler customer service about my need for them to stop all email ads. I have received no response from customer service. The emails still pour in.

User's recommendation: Shop directly in a Rockler retail store for their special woodworking tools and supplies. DO NOT under any circumstances disclose your email address to Rockler. If you do, you may be sorry.

Rockler circle jig parts

Called looking for replacement parts got transferred was on the phone with the guy for over thirty minutes I think it was his first day he had to keep getting help from someone else received parts and it was incomplete I called and this time got a very knowledgeable lady new exactly what i needed took less than 5 minutes

Buyer beware- false coupons/ customer unfriendly order site

Due to the enticement of an online coupon savings of 15% with qualitification noted, I ordered LED lighting for my shop. Order form, final page, allowed the coupon code to be entered for savings but form has no update button so cannot see that discount did not qualify on that item, only option is pushing order button.

Then I had the order submitted without recourse as it was after hours. Called customer service this AM to cancel order and they say already processed and nothing can be done except return them at my expense.

WIll never order again from them, I hate deceptive sales systems. Its never good to lose customers who tried to do the right things to analyze a purchase or remedy the final outcome

To Ann Rockler Jackson I have been a customer of yours for a lot of mixed Items every now

and then ....... my customer # is1676**** , you have kept your free

shipping at $35.00 for quite a while which is for everyone.. it would be

different from most others if you gave us... who buy from you more

than other stores an advantage like lower the $35.00 requirement to

$20.00 the way computers keep track I could have a returning customer

special number good for life if I keep buying from you a certain dollar
