Toyota Roadside Assistants
On 11/14/13 I placed a call to Roadside Assistance # 800-297-**** @ 5:05 PM
after several calls/text messages back and forth with service the towing companies and my dealership, BUCKWILD towing arrived @ 8:10 .
My flat tire was changed to the temp. spare and I was home
by 8:30 PM.
I don't know how you can call this roadside assistance.
My first promise was they would be there by 6:23.
3 hrs. is a long time to wait for a simple tire change from a tow company literally 4 miles from the Target parking lot.
I have documented all the times of the text messages and calls deeded to get this tire changed. It was a disgrace!!!!
ROCKLAND TOYOTA GAVE ME A QUOTE AND REFUSED TO SELL TO ME WHEN I WENT BACK WITH THE CHEQUE !
Rockland Toyota is the Toyota dealership in Orangeburg, Rockland and gave me awful service. On the 29th of May 2012 I went in and got a quote on a Toyota Venza.
They gave me a price of 28875 on the XLE. I shopped around in other stores but did not get a better deal and called back on the 30th ot confirm if the deal still holds and they confirmed it. So I get all my cheque books, arrange for downpayment and come back on the 31st of May, the last day for me to get 0% APR to get the car and they tell me - SORRY WE MADE A MISTAKE ON THE QUOTE. WE CANNOT SELL YOU THAT CAR, WE CAN SELL YOU A BASE MODEL AT THAT PRICE.
I asked them why they reconfirmed on the 30th and they had no answers. The guy brings out his manager and he with his painted shiny nails tells me the best he can do is to give me invoice on that car and its his mistake but HE CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. Then I show him a quote from another dealer which is lower than his new quote and he tell me "I CAN MATCH THAT BUT GO NO LOWER".
Rubbish, these folks do not have any idea what they need to offer a customer. They gave me such bad service I would never ever step into this bloody dealership again.
Manager was rude, racist, and a ***
We were quite satisfied with our dealing and just about to sign the financing papers when we encountered that there had been a huge misunderstanding. We wanted to speak directly to the representative that helped us and while trying to locate her, we had to deal with a sales manager.
He was FAR from nice. To begin with, right off the bat, he was very rude. He then continued to make smart remarks and insult us.
We would have bought the car we were looking at regardless of the misunderstanding but thanks to his attitude, we left. This would have been our 4th toyota purchase, but after this, I dont think I want to ever deal with them again.
Insult people
The managers insulted me in the Rockland Toyota, 618 Route 303, Blauvelt, NY 10913. I bought a van from Prestige Toyota and recently found out that the original 3 keys they gave me, 2 keys do not work.
Therefore, I went to the Prestige Toyota to fix the 2 keys. They told me to go to Rockland Toyota where they changed my computer system in my van at that time they suppose to activate all my keys. Rather fixing my car, they insulted, humiliated me in every possible way. Then the next day, I called the dealership and I spoke to the general manager.
He did not want hear what I have to say. He said that he instructed his staff to do that. I lost my sleep. I spent $36000 to buy the van.
I have to take their insult. They are racist people.
Next time you buy a car think about it, choice is yours!
No coupons at rockland toyota ever
my complaint is about coupons which i never get from rockland toyota in west nyack,ny. my car is a 2004 toyota solora and every service is done at that dealership and they never send me a 10% off for a major service which costs 3-400$.
i just got a timing belt for 541.00 and asked the advisor to apply a coupon since i didn't get one in the mail. i was told no,go on line. been there done that cannot find a coupon.
my cure to this problem is when i invest in another new car i will go back to honda, its a good car and i know from past experience that they do send coupons all the time.

I ordered my car and they got me exactly what I wanted. There was such a huge selection I felt like a kid in a candy store. I received instant financing and manufacturer backed Extended Service Coverage. Thank you so much.
It was awesome. I love my Camry and service it every 5000 miles. Thomas and Chris in service are great. The pizza in the café is good and they even have Boars Head Deli sandwiches.
The Bathrooms are always clean and Beautiful building.
