Car leak under carpets
My 2018 Jeep Compass has been leaking under the carpets for over a year. Your dealership has been unable to fix the problem & refuses to give me a new car.
The carpets are wet all the time & have developed mold. My feet are wet as I drive & my 2 year old son sits in the back where mold is growing. Every time I make an appt it takes weeks to see me- this 3rd time there was a week wait, the leak specialist was on vacation, and then my appt was booked w/out a loaner vehicle so I didn’t leave my Jeep on Monday 7/15/19. I was told that someone would call me to rebook the appt with a loaner car.
It is now Wednesday 7/17/19 & I haven’t heard from anyone.
The sunroof hasn’t worked properly since I leased the car, I don’t know if the leak has anything to do with it. This is my third Jeep and unfortunately with this experience it seems it will be my last.
