I would give negative stars if I could. Product is terrible. Not at all as represented. Shipped the shaped felt hat that purchased to me in a plastic bag. Arrived, no surprise, it arrived misshapened

The hat is huge. One size fits all with a *** draw string band on the hat to cinch up and tie off to make it fit. Will not provide a refund. If I return it it must be in original packaging and I damagedd and I pay return shipping.
The hat arrived dsmaged. AAVOID THIS COMPANY.
