Dissatisfied with delivery delay of gas bottle refills

It took 3 days for this company to deliver a replacement gas bottle. Ordered on line on Sunday delivered on Wednesday. Their response was that due to the winter months being more demanding they cannot deliver in a timely manner! Surely this should be planned for and more trucks and staff employed for deliveries at this time of year or would that cut into their profit too savagely? Time to change supplier
