Annual contract cancellation
I was told I had until January 31st to cancel my account. The day of January 31st I go to cancel, and I see I've already been billed $1300.
There is no one to call, they won't respond to emails for days.
I ask their AI feature that says "Unfortunately, we don't issue refunds for annual billing." Never purchase an item that you can't speak to someone over the phone. Never again!

Verified ReviewerBad Business Practice
I cancelled my account in 2020, and they have a record of me doing so but I did not confirm the cancellation according to RR customer service. After an apology, they cancelled my account and sent me a confirmation on 4/22/21.
Then on 4/28/21 they tried to collect on my closed account. How can you trust a company to be competent with your credit card if they can't follow a simple business practice like NOT billing an account they closed themselves.
Preferred solution: Full refund
