Bad Business Practice

RocketReach - Bad Business Practice
I cancelled my account in 2020, and they have a record of me doing so but I did not confirm the cancellation according to RR customer service. After an apology, they cancelled my account and sent me a confirmation on 4/22/21. Then on 4/28/21 they tried to collect on my closed account. How can you trust a company to be competent with your credit card if they can't follow a simple business practice like NOT billing an account they closed themselves.

User's recommendation: Never sign up for AutoPay.
