I spoke with someone in your office in early Feb regarding being double charged. I was reimbursed my money on Feb 12 and turned around and recharged my husbands account on Feb 23 again I have requested multiple times since the end of oct 2025 to cancel this membership bc I sold the vehicle the beginning of October 2025. I was charged 25.75 on 2/10 by a employee after saying my account would not be charged at all they would just need the card to transfer the account I was being charged for be transferred to my card but it wasnt now today the was a attempted transaction on my account ending in 3014 for 25.57 but Im in the process of Changing banks and no money in the account on 2/23 I attempted to discuss this w a manager at your cypress location and he blew me off and says he cancelled something and said hed call me bck after entering his personal cell number in my phone 318372**** I was told I paid 25.57 was a one time charge but why was there attempted with drawl today if it was only a one time charge I am including documentation these transactions have continued to go on I would appreciate being refunded my money since it was withdrawn monthly since I sold the vehicle both accounts have been continuously charged and I need this resolved please and reimbursement these withdrawals have continued coming out causing me multiple over drafts please help me resolve this situation thank you Jessica Davis 318331****

Ok Today is Friday September 14 2023 i have a fast pass at the Rocketfast in West Monroe i went this afternoon i want to say bout 6:40 idk who that black ladywas there i guess the lady over the wash but ive been there before and she was there and blew her attitude off ive been coming there fir omg years never really had problems like now the first time i think i saw her there i went to get clean towels and her attitude she said u leavung now i said no and to nite i could tell her attitude when she was directed me to pull up at the tunnel the look on her face was uncalled for sating waiting to start going through the tunnel her smart mouth was like u need to turn u music down r every body else gonna want to play there i was going throw the tunnel and she is always directing people to go on jyst one side at the vacuum but she has a bad attitude then something was going on wth the vacuum so the black guy i hollered if he could come help me he said he couldnt she was talkung to all the blacks but that away towards me god knows my best frd is black but she was steadly talking bout me i could tell but im sorry but its never been like that and i almost forgot thos older lady said she was mean towards her im not the type that likes drams at all but she is wrong i have no clue what her problem is but my music wasnt loud enough especially going through the tunnel but im sure my 20 that comes out my bank every month dont mean much to her r whoever but it dies to me her attitude is uncalled for

- - Granddaughter was in an accident on April 1.
- - They were told Rocket fast would handle the damage.
- - They will pay all but $500.
My granddaughter was there the first of April and was involved in a accident where she was told that Rocket fast would handle the damage to her BRAND NEW car since it was their fault. As of today they are willing to pay all except $500.00.
Dont know what else to do but file suit against them. We will see what happens now!

Damages Property
- - Jan 16: RocketFast Car Wash; pre-washed with hand brush; not their responsibility.
- - One arm looked closer during wash; paint ripped off, scar left.
I used so called RocketFast Car Wash on Jan 16th, and before I went through the wash I used the hand brush out front and the vehicle was fine. While going through the wash, I did notice that one of the arms looked closer than normal.
After the wash, the paint was ripped off and a scar mark.
But it is not their responsibility. So your property is damaged by their machine and they are not responible.

Paid for carwash month of May. $20. Noticed my account had been charged again for July ...called and reported.Now I have been charged for August !
