Attempt to pay-off mortgage
My name is ***, I am pissed off that I am having such a hard time paying off my mortgage. A check was sent from my bank to the mortgage company and it was not posted.
I just found out today that the check was being destroyed.
A whole month has gone by due to the BS by Rocket Mortgage. Now I might have to make another payment.

The manager, by the name of ***, is very rude. She tends to yell at her staff and belittle them. She also likes to yell at customers when they come in and say, 'Hi, how are you doing today?
