Will not stop harassing me!!!
- Three years ago I asked Rocket Steel for a quote and chose a carpenter.
- They called every four months from different numbers, and I blocked them.
I made the BIG MISTAKE of calling Rocket Steel 3 years ago for a quote. I ended up going with a local carpenter who built me a nice storage barn out of wood.
Rocket Steel knows this, yet they would STILL call me every 4 months or so. I blocked their number every time they called, but they kept using different numbers. WTF.
Finally, I called THEM about a month ago after another call, and hopefully they have stopped harassing me. Which is basically what they were doing.

- Deposit scam claim; high-pressure sales by Sam Madini, poor post-payment contact, delivery missed after 3 months, and non-refundable deposit.
DO NOT USE ROCKET STEEL !!! Beware of deposit scam.
High pressure sales person like Sam Madini who once you pay your deposit cant be reached. They missed my delivery date due to it not being feasible for them to deliver it after having the delivery dates for 3 months. I have lost my money for holding a machine to be available for offloading. They say its my fault and they have under contract that they can deliver the building when ever they want.
That was from the manager Ted. They dont take any responsibility for missing the delivery date. Mo that works there would never answer my questions and would say he would call me back the same day and would text me a week later. If I could give negative stars I would.
Be aware and know that once you pay the deposit they have you and you will not get it back if things dont go their way. Im still without a building and out the deposit and the money I put out to hold the machine for offloading which you need to provide.

- -Deposited $125,000 in March; final payment $490,000.
- -Sep 12: order canceled, $125,000 deposit seized, funds sent to Power Steels.
This company gives me a horrible feeling. I sent $125,000 deposit in March, and I was to send $490,000 for my last payment.
I want to send the money to a lawyers trust account, to be released when the building is delivered. They are refusing and said no. They are saying their lawyer doesnt have trust account ( my lawyer tells me 99% lawyers have trust account )
Sep 12, Ted called me, and sent an email canceling my order. He seized my $125,000 deposit.
They want to put my building back to market for sale, I was quite shocked! Really concerned what kind of business they are doing. They stole my money. Ted even went as far as asking extra storage fee $1000 per day.
The other issue is they want me to transfer the money to Power Steels bank account.
I'm not sure how these two companies are related, but it sounds ridiculous that I'm sending the money to a different company.
I am currently entering into a legal battle with Rocket. I want my money back.
I would not trust this company!
