I got 40 sand only 5 of them terminated very poor quality seed from the start I could tell it to look, they will not take your phone calls. Didn't when you call back their policy is changed, you need

Prop king is a scam and a joke. Their seed looked pathetic and trashy. From the start, you get 1 get 1 free. Bought 40 seeds for 240 bucks, 5 of them determinated ther pathetic. They say after the fact you will reimburse you. If they are all packaged like this, symptom and how do you grow them and not have them opened up?. I wrote about rocket seeds, because there a MILLIONS of people who need to know this Rocket Seeds. Is a seed bank to avoid. Go with ILGM seeds!!! I had to do a re order and I can Promise You this. I picked the wrong company first!!! Buyer Beware!!! AVOID rocket seeds!!!

Poor Germination

The seeds had a very poor germination rate. Rocket sent me out replacements with the same results. I followed their instructions to the letter The problem was the seeds which were small and looked immature

The worst guarantee scam

Tap root is considered germination period. Once in the dirt they dont guarantee the product. All that nonsense for growing instructions is to protect them not the consumer I will not use them again nor will I recommend them.

Had the same experience 5/03/2023 , Called an they did replace the seeds , But was treated like a criminal .. The customer service was horable..

Germination failure

I purchased seeds this yers again . Five Gorilla Glue seeds. Zero of these seeds germinated. You then sent five additional seeds . None of the replacement seeds germinated. Your guarantee is worthless if these seeds are also dead. I have been a loyal customer for several years. I will no longer use your group to purchase seed. A different company sent me a seed order and I have 100% germination. You have poor quality control. Sorry to say you cannot depend on any further purchases from me. Donald Jarvis

Out of 5 one is doing good, one ok and one is bad genetics, runt plant with 3 pointed leaves. The other seeds did not germ. Meridian Sour, Rocket Seeds

Bad customer support experience

So I had ordered bc hashplant and zero germination they resent the seeds and still a problem. I did what they said and never had a problem with germination rates. Well the first solution was after they seen my previous orders germinated as expected. I was told I would be flagged seriously for the seeds germination rate being bad. She then recalled an old order that came in with 4 crushed seeds and I had to get that resolved with pictures email and phone calls. Talk about a hassle and disrespectful combative customer service. Finally afterwards they finally offered to resend but with a warning of being a flagged customer. I said don't worry about flagging me forget this it's ridiculous. Don't resend seeds ect. If you think a customer that spent $800 is trying to steal a measling 10 seeds. Wow! Not ordering from here ever again. Be aware order elseware
