Rocket Dog is the only flip flop I can wear. I like how the heal area is.
My right foot only stays on your shoes n wont slide off.

Not received 2 pairs if Flip-Flops
Hello, I received notification earlier today that 2 pairs of flip-flops was delivered. I do not have them.
I looked on my porch and inside my garage.
I tried calling your customer service dept. but for some reason the calls do not go through.
Please send out again or credit me for the 2 pair of flip-flops.

I placed an order on December 15th for the Igloo Tall buckled boots. I have been tracking the order since & it has not made any progression towards delivery.
Ive sent quite a few inquires regarding the order.
I have not had a response or notification with order status. If no response or notification by Friday, December 30, I will like a complete refund.

Fed Ex delivered order RDUS427045 to the wrong address on Saturday, 11/26. Fed Ex has been contacted by purchaser about their mistake.
They said Rocket Dog must contact them to resolve the issue as they are the shipper. Me (the recipient) can not resolve the issue as I am not the shipper.
Please resolve this issue without further delay. Contact me either via text or email with the date i can expect my purchase to deliver.
User's recommendation: Be prepared for Fed Ex to misdeliver. This is the third. Yes, third time. That Fed Ex has delivered one of my packages to the wrong address.

When I called when I first returned, you said it would take 2-3 weeks so I need a status of when I can expect.
I left a message on your customer service line but not it says mailbox has not been set up???? Please advise.

Never got confirmation of order. When I called they claimed didn't have the correct email.
They then went on to say order being shipped (yesterday) and I would get confirmation of the shipment to the CORRECT email address I gave them...did YOU get this?
