Still have not received a refund nor my order. I have tried many times to reach them but nothing.
They sent an automated response stating
"To claim your extra pair, simply email us at staff@***.com and our team will annotate this for you.
Those who don't qualify are those who have chosen to be rude to our CS Team or have disparaging words on social media.
We simply can not reward those who did not show trust and faith in us and chose instead to attempt to sully our Brand."
I would BEWARE to NEVER do business with them.

Verified ReviewerI placed and order from ROCKDEEP website on April 7, 2022. It is January 27, 2023 and I have yet to get any response from ROCKDEEP, nor have I received my shoes.
I placed and order from ROCKDEEP approximately 9 months ago and have yet to receive my shoes. The order was placed April 7, 2022.
I have been patient and have reached out to the company numerous times.
The only response that is issued is a form response. I ask for a refund after a month and was told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee on shoes I have not received.

Product never delivered
After paying for shoes as a preorder I noticed that Rocky would do frequent Instagram updates where hed chastise his own customers for not being patient, then condescendingly explain, for those of you who dont understand what preorder is, it means you PRE ordered.
Then there are his comments about a free pair of shoes as compensation for the delays, but if youve been bad-mouthing the company online, you wont get the free pair.
The company has rarely responded to my emails about the shoes or a refund. But, his IG posts will include apologies for the lack of responsiveness. And there again, it includes blame for his own customers being impatient and wasting his teams time when they could be packing and shipping shoes instead of answering emails.
I was able to file a successful chargeback through my bank.

Check out alll the folks complaining that their money was taken and they cant get merch delivered and cant get company to respond to emails. There should be a class action lawsuit. Definitely do not order through their payment system!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I have waited over a year for my shoes that were on back order.
In that time, I moved and updated my new address to make sure that when they sent them, they'd be sent to the right address. I also deleted my old address on my account. I then received an email saying my shoes were being sent out, but it was to the wrong address. I emailed them to let them know to double-check because I had a new address.
No response until days later that they were out for delivery. Unfortunately, the shoes are gone and contacting customer service is impossible. They don't have a phone #, say they have chat, but it doesn't work and they only way to contact customer service is through email to which to get an automated response saying they'll get back to you. I'm out of the shoes and also a couple hundred dollars.
Stay away from this company. They're a rip-off and you'll either wait an eternity to get you product or you'll never get them or your money back.

On June 20, 2021, I placed an order for a pair of running shoes on this scam company's website. The shoes were expected to take 90 days to arrive.
They were NEVER delivered. I never received so much as an order confirmation, an apology, or an explanation as to why I didn't receive the order I paid for.
When I reached out to the company via email in January 2022, they stated they only process refunds up to a week after the purchase date. And that's it!
No other explanation as to where my order was or why I didn't receive it. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!
