I ordered a product that after a few days was canceled because it was a prototype and wasn't supposed to be on sale but somehow I was able to buy it?That should've been a red flag but read some reviews about the quality of their products and I bit again. I bought another model( storage bag for bike rack) and after 3 days I didn't recieve any tracking number.

I sent an email asking where wull I recieve it ( the website says 3-4 days for delivery) and if it is going to take long I would buy it from Amazon. Next day I received a canclellation email saying I asked for it, which I didn't. Total incompetence. To make matters worse, they said they refunded but they actually charged me again.

Don't do business with these thieves. Can't get any phone number to work.

Don't know how to program my fingerprint folding lock.

Called the number you all recommended during normal business hours, no answer, no voice mail. So I sent an email with pictures to the email address you all gave me.

Was calling because the zipper broke on one of their products and I couldn't get through to anyone. It was impossible to get in touch with Rockbros USA customer service personal.
