Was calling because the zipper broke on one of their products and I couldn't get through to anyone. It was impossible to get in touch with Rockbros USA customer service personal.

User's recommendation: Zipper broke on saddle bag that I purchase in around a year. It was a top level product at an above average. It should have lasted more than a year for the money.
