Don't know how to program my fingerprint folding lock.

Do not get an answer to my problem on how to program fingerprint. Did. Not get any instructions in the Box? What should I do I tried to call no response?

Was calling because the zipper broke on one of their products and I couldn't get through to anyone. It was impossible to get in touch with Rockbros USA customer service personal.

User's recommendation: Zipper broke on saddle bag that I purchase in around a year. It was a top level product at an above average. It should have lasted more than a year for the money.
