Your customers services sucks ,,,,,so bad can't even talk to a human

I bought a starter at the great low price of $60. I had my doubts but my hope that the quality was as good as higher priced models tipped the balance to give it a try. I should have known better and it was only 100 days later that I had to replace that starter. Oh well, just go do the work and return the cheap failed substitute. OPPS.... I ordered a part and read the details and found out it's the correct part including the picture but when I received the part it was totally unlike the description and picture. So I returned it but rockauto refused to send a a returning lable for free for their mistake. I ordered a tag bracket for a 2014 Lexus IS 250. Once I received the bracket, 1. it didn't come with any screws and 2. I wasn't drilling holes in my grill. So I returned the part. I was given the option to use their label or ship it back and I pay for shipping. So I paid for shipping. So when it was time for a refund I was partially refunded. Ordered BRUTE POWER/PERFECTION CLUTCH 90224 clutch kit on Wed 25th late around 930pm. I paid $70.99 for 2 business day shipping thinking it would arrive Friday. After getting through their phone system I finally got to a human. I ordered a timing chain set for my van that was claimed to be a Cloyes Gear & Product Inc Timing Chain Set. I had purchased from rockauto in the past without issues. I believe they have expanded beyond there means. I followed there parts ordering procedure and was sent the wrong part. I called the customer complaint number which takes a MIT graduate to find. The person wanted to argue with me and was condescending. It was like arguing with a teenager. I have been a loyal customer and have bought thousands of dollars worth of parts over many years from RockAuto. I have also convinced many people to buy from them. I will avoid buying from them unless absolutely necessary in the future since I have been vitimized too many times by their return policy. Store credits are "finite", if you don't use them, they get to steal your money. I gave them cash for a part and didn't need it, so it was sent back. I paid with paypal and have the receipt. They have refused to give me my cash back, instead issuing a store credit, which I don't want. They have converted my cash into credit. Now, they will resell the item and get paid twice.
