Needing parts.
- - No phone number or company address in packaging.
- - Needs rubber belt parts for the tumbler drive; extra belts were sent, but wear quickly.
They manufacture the rock tumbler but do not have/sell spare and they can not tell me where I can buy them.
Ai need parts.
Simple rubber belts for the drive system of the tumbler.
Of course they did send 2 extra belts but as the machine must be used 24 hours a day for up to 7 or 8 days in a row this belt wears out quickly.
I hope some one, some how, quickly will pass this information and request to contact me with this companys PROPER AND NEEDED INFORMATION SO THAT I CAN CONTACT TO ORDER PARTS. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE.
