Please call me at 602 292-**** I have purchased the rock solid machine and nothing will work other than the programs. I cannot get the speed to work and it has come to me looking as if it has been used the buttons have cracks on the most commonly used buttons and the platform have scuff marks where shoes have been. I just want to know how to get the speed to work up to 99.

Machine will not turn on
Had the machine for a day troubleshooting it the tech person was very helpful and professional. Waiting for a new fuse.
Hopefully that all thats need to be up and running .Can't readygovemuch feedback like I said had for only day a it not working. Get back later.
