I really hate the highlights I got and will now have to go elsewhere for a color correction. I wanted a heavy babylight on top and the top of my head turned out to be streaky. I went in for an adjustment. I showed a photo again and explained I don't want that Rooty look and want my hair blended on top. My hair is already blonde we are not talking about a giant color change. It also took 4 hours the first time and 3 hours to get the Rooty look adjusted that still looks Rooty. Again this is way too long and no other salon I've been to it takes that long unless it's a complete color change. I did not get what I wanted. Also my ends are really damaged and have to do a bunch of treatments for that to get them back to health. I feel that my time was wasted, and for the money I should get what I wanted without damage. The owner reached out to me under the pretense of making things right. He offers a refund then tells me I will only get it if I remove a bad yelp review. He then proceeds to harass me and leave me nasty messages on yelp. This guy should not be working with people. Poor service all across the board. I want my money back. User's recommendation: I can only speak for myself and I regret going there and would not recommend them even to an enemy.
