Terrible experience! I wont ever forget how we were treated.

The server Gavin J. Acted like he did not want to serve us. Rushed our order. Gave us cold food (refrigerated) when we ordered fried sushi.

Him and the cook came up with the lie that there items on top made it cold. Very insulting because I order that same thing every time so I know exactly how its prepared. If I wanted cold sushi I would have ordered cold sushi, but I didnt. They told us there was no more rice and were laughing about it making sarcastic remarks.

We were not allowed to get refills. When I asked why he said the machine has to be cut off until tomorrow. I asked to use my account to get points he said its only for the card who pays. I asked if I could use a new home number or email he said no rudely.

We paid full price for horrible service terrible food and what feels like discrimination. Im seriously considering contacting an attorney to investigate.

This is not the first time something bad has happened at this location. From hair in food to racist employees or no clean tables and the list is getting longer

It sounds like you went right at closing and overstayed your welcome. Most restaurant employees aren't being paid once the restaurant is closed and they can't leave until the "campers" leave.

People who are upset about not getting to use points at a restaurant generally don't have the money to hire an attorney. By the way, an attorney does not "investigate", they aren't private eyes or investigative journalists. Now, if you have really deep pockets, an attorney can arrange all that.

This restaurant is a chain with many, many locations and you failed to state which one you were at. You provided no details about any of the other allegations you randomly threw out there at the end, so it seems that was all just an afterthought to pad your complaint.

Some people think they know it all and know nothing. I was not there at close.

I definitely wasn’t camping. You must be stuck in a dead end job. Trying to be a psychic is not your calling. Stop trying to be someone you’re not before I “ investigate” and “arrange that”.

Wow, I’m impressed by how poor your interpretations are. Ask any wealthy person. We are all on point systems. Go to any high end hotel, casino, airline, credit card, they all offer point systems to loyal customers.

But you wouldn’t know that. I have hired attorneys and won a few settlements. You can give me your information and I’ll prove that theory. Sue your ignorant mouth closed.

Not everyone in the low class with you. Some of us are set for life. This is obviously the website for idiots. I put on my initial entry exactly what location I was at.

Too bad if you can’t see that part.

My experience with Rock n Roll Sushi in tillmans corner al

Everyone at my table, which was 5 adults and one child, everyone in my party got their food besides two people because the worker Chandler was busy flirting with the 4 women that were in the store. He goes to bring my two people in my party a to-go box, and I went on to ask why everyone got their food and he got very defensive, cursing in front of my child.

I asked to speak to a manager; he replied he was the only one there when I saw more than 3 workers. A nice woman came up and told him to let them go because he was in the wrong, and he even followed behind us as we were leaving, flipping me off when I tried more than one time to pay my bill. But the woman insisted that I not pay! Remind you, we never got a refill on our drinks.

I go to the place at least 2 times a week, and for my dinner tonight, it was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant I have been to.

The Tillman's Corner location was where I was, and I'm sure this is karma showing your cook the way he has been. Please give me a call at 251-207-****.

Preferred solution: Chandler should be fired. To treat your customers the way he did. And even came out side flipping me off w my 8 year old right there... yes when he rudely starting cussing me yes I had a few choice words with Mr Chandler...

Hopefully your online complaint gets back to the manager or owner of the franchise and they see your lack of appreciation for their very generous goodwill solution. The manager was very aware of her employee’s poor service as you witnessed.

But no, you had to dwell on the employee and publish a complaint. If the franchise was smart they would ban you.

Hair from drain or vacuum in my hibachi rice

Came in yesterday, as I am a regular customer. I always get the Hibachi bc I do not eat fish.

Everything was fine got home ate a little out my box put it in the fridge came back later that night ate a little more halfway through the second plate I choked on this hair thats matted and clumped out of a drain or vaccine it honestly looks like me thinking it was a mushroom with roots I pulled it out, My Friend who went with me was in disbelief until I started throwing up. Waited til this morning to call which was the same time we came in yesterday, I was telling the Gm I am an Assistant Gm at a Pizza Place located on Campus and offered to bring the piece of globbed hair up there incase they had to send it off like we do when big mistakes like this happen He hung up in my face. Considering I called to talk to him AGM to Gm I find that rude and disrespectful. At least act like you care to the customer, even if I was not an Assistant General Manager you still need to treat concerns and problems with the upmost respect concern.

We will not be back as well as I am now calling corporate.

Never had a problem here but with how Unprofessional and how they tried to play this Clumped up hair off we are disappointed and disgusted. Shouldnt have to dig around in my food to make sure someone didnt stuff hair at the bottom of my rice

Actually you are lying, there are no pictures. Funny how you did notice the hair until AFTER you ate more of it.

If you want a refund RETURN THE FOOD. Also you make your job seem like you are more important than others.

No I offered to bring the hair back as well as the whole garbage bag the food was in he hung up on me mid conversation, as I explained I’m not complaining more so than as an AGM making sure it don’t happen to anyone else, I’m no rich Nancy and I get MISTAKES HAPPEN!!! I really do.

However the Gm was pissed already, he did not and showed he didn’t have time for another complaint simply hanging up in my face. I have proof of purchase, proof of my order and proof of the hair that I found.

I didn’t want to leave a review bc of the backlash but this is just unprofessional and unacceptable. I literally see both sides and if you check my reviews I literally try and leave the best reviews no matter the meal or service but this is over the line.

First and last time at this place

My wife placed order over phone and then I went and picked it up. When I got there they had it ready with my receipt on bag.

I then left and went to truck and opened bag. They had givin me someone elses order with my receipt on bag. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back in and she said sorry and it would be ready in 5 min. I waited around about 15 min and then made my way over to pick up area.

They assured me it was almost ready. After about 45min of waiting I told one of the girls with a nose ring if she could just cancel my order. She then says yes and goes off to do her own business and completely ignores me as if I never asked. So I went to the skinny tall black guy who was working the bar and asked him if he would cancel my order.

It wasnt until I asked for them to cancel is when I found out that they never even started to cook my food at all. I was waiting for nothing the whole time.The black guy behind bar then goes and gets the receipt off the bag that I had brought in the first time and then says here I refunded you and hands me receipt. I asked very clearly you refunded me correct?. He assured me it was refunded.

After a few days and the money was never refunded my wife had stopped by the restaurant to find out why it never went back on card.

The manager/ owner was there and she had told him what had happened and apparently that black guy never even gave us refund at all!!!

I dont know who this guy is but he needs to be fired!! This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional way to run a business.

Serious complaint. So I stop by last night to check out your business.

Maybe eat a little and watch the first Alabama game of the season. This young lady walks up to me and introduces if I remember correctly as skylar she seemed nice enough at first. But the girl was cursing up a storm. Didnt check on me once sitting there playing on her phone and watching the TV like how kids are nowadays.

And to make it all worse, the damn girl doesnt even bring my change back and tipped herself? I said screw it and just left. Never coming back, horrible experience, is this really how yall operate a business? Cause back in my day.

It wasnt. I expect a email back from corporate.

I took my baby out to eat for her birthday the experience was horrible customer service was horrible.. the food was salty and I couldnt eat so I returned it the workers refused to recook or take it off the ticket

I do not care for them charging extra for using credit card.

After we ate and got the ticket there was a convenience fee for using a credit card. Cash was the only other alternative.

No checked accepted.

In todays society where cards are the main source of payment for most people. An upcharge is ridiculous!

Free wontons

I received a card that offered "free wontons". The card never specified that I had to dine in.

When I called the store to place my order i was told that I would have to dine in. The owner, Rob was rude and said that policy states it would be a one time only.

I tried explaining that the card does not specify "dine in". I will not be eating at rock and roll sushi any more.

My experience was horrible and the manager that was on duty on the 17th around 6:30 pm has a very bad attitude and does not represent Rock N Roll Sushi in a good way.
