Horrible salesmanship and service after sale.

Bought a used 2018 Jeep wrangler from this store. 15 days later had to replace a swollen and leaking battery, called and complained and was told that i bought it as is...But they also sold us a warranty.

Three days later we had rain and the entire passenger side got flooded.

Took to a different dealership for diagnosis of leak and was told it had to of been noticed because as soon as water hits rear window it pours into vehicle. Called and was told to bring it 3 hours to them and they would look at it.

How do i purchase a vehicle and sold a warranty at time of sale, and before i make the first payment I have spent $1000.00 in repairs and dealer pretends its not their issue its mine??

Horrible service after sale!!!!!

To top it all off it was never disclosed that the vehicle was a RENTAL!!!!!!

Found that out on our own. Asked dealer about that and he stated that it was on the car fax I had in the 400 sheets of paperwork the dealer has you sign. He didn't have a legal obligation to state it in any other way.

Not sure that's true either.

Bottom line... I will never purchase a vehicle from Nissan if this is how they conduct business.

Loss:
$1000

Preferred solution: I would like to be reimbursed the cost of repairs!
