Rochelle Rand is the worst

If you value your sanity stay away from her. Divorce is already a stressful situation. She will make it worst. She is a money hungry lawyer that does not care. She just wants to get paid. She looks very unprofessional and she is. She will drag your case out as far as she can and then will sue you in the long run. Military I beg of you to stay away from her! She went out of town on a court date I had and appeared by phone. It was so horrible that the judge was even fed up with her.

Rochelle Rand "Lawyer"

Stay far, far away from Rochelle Rand of San Diego. She'll prey on your lack of knowledge, emotions and rob you. She steals from service members and scared mothers. I had to hire another attorney to fix her mistakes. Here's what you can expect if you hire Rochelle Rand of San Diego: Failure to timely file or respond Poor advice Failure to advise Unethical conduct Inadequate preparation Failure to follow instructions For all of this she will bill you excessivley. She never appeard on my behalf, never filed anything for me gave me horrible advice and charged me thousands of dollars for phone calls she claimed to have made. Stay Away!!!

Brother, this is EXACTLY what she did to me. Contact me if I can help.

There are many of us who have been taken by her. I thought I was going to lose my clearance over it...it was a nightmare. Even got away with charging me horrendous interest fees while I was on an IA - OEF, which I beleive is illegal.

Military officials need to know that she is praying on us. I had given up the fight in the end.

She charged me thousands of dollars, and then withdrew in the middle of the case. Then she filed a lawsuit against me knowing I'm in the military and have a steady measly income to garnish my wages.

She will take advantage of you being absent from California, then file a suit against you for her violent-escalated fees, place unrealistic payment options upon you, but claim she will work with you. Military/ my brother and sister in arms, STAY THE F#¢# AWAY!!!! EAVE OFF! WAVE OFF!

EAVE OFF!!! :( complaint filed with the San Diego County Bar Association!

She sued her own father.

I have had the same experience. Everyone described her ACCURATELY.

She is a fast talking, lying incompetent person.

I can't even call her an attorney. Everything is messy and she's obsessed with billing.
