AI Highlights
  • - Front bumper replacement left the right side falling apart.
  • - They promised follow-up on a fix but never called; months later it remains unresolved.

Had my front bumper replaced however once I left the shop the right side of my bumper fell apart. Once that had happened I called to get it fixed or replaced, they immediately said they will follow up with me with a solution and I never received a call back.

it has been 4 months and the issue has not been resolved.

I WOULD NOT recommend coming here to get any services, they done a poor job for one initial problem.. I walked out with even more issues with my car.

User's recommendation: Please DO NOT take your car there to be fixed

Roccos Collision - Car Repair Estimate Review

AI Highlights
  • - Estimator's repair estimate and damage review were inaccurate.
  • - The car returned still damaged and not fixed.

I did a self pay at Rocco's collision and was handled very unprofessionally. The estimator was incompetent with my total repair estimate and review of my damages.

I got my car back a week later and noticed that my car was still damaged and was not fixed entirely. I called and scheduled a meeting with the manager. Upon arrival I never got to speak with the store's manager and or even a technican. Instead I only got to speak with the estimator again.

His excuse was that my complaint was not on the repair order and therefore was not fixed. I then asked if I could get it fixed now and I would pay for it. The estimator then told me they won't do the repair because they don't warranty that such of a repair which involved welding a sheet medal that was broken off where a bolt use to be bolted to.

So I ask myself how could they warranty a unfinished repair?!? I will never give them my buissness again nor will I ever recommend them to my friend family or anyone.

Roccos Collision Pickup Truck Repair Review from Woodbury, New Jersey

AI Highlights
  • - Vehicle in the shop 6 weeks; initial estimate was 3 weeks.
  • - Updates stopped before the due date; excuses were given.

I've had a vehicle in this location for the past 6 weeks now, and we're still going strong on wait time. It was initially estimated to be a 3 week fix.

I got tboned in my pickup truck, and I had damage to the half door, bed, and cab corner. Three weeks seemed accurate. This company even has a website that tracks your repair with text message updates. They must have given up on mine because they haven't updated it since before even the first due date had come and gone.

I've visited twice after they gave me the second due date. Both times I've visited they had a different excuse. It seems that the staff have a contract with insurance companies to do poor work for as little money as possible. The company would rather use body filler than replace the parts and restore it to the condition it was in before the accident.

The staff tries to use auto-body jargon to sway you into shoddy repairs. Don't fall for it. "Well they only use 1/16th of an inch of filler" or "all vehicles have filler in certain spots right out of the factory". That's what I was told by one of the staff members, which to an extent is true, but out of the factory my truck didn't have filler from cab corner to wheel well.

The company does not want to replace it. Theyd rather take the cheap and easy way out. I've had it with this company.

I hope they see this review posted far and wide before my next visit. I'll refuse the work until properly completed.
