Bought a watch that don't work it will not keep time it does not keep date . Took it to a jewelry shop thinking it just needed new batteries and was told its defective since its not a week old was told to get ahold of the company it came from

Worst Experience Ever. Never Again.
- - Bought a dark green XL Quilted Parka with Faux Fur Hood at Burlington.
- - Zipper pulls off, gets stuck, won’t zip and cannot exchange, paid about $60–$70.
I just bought that dark green XL Quilted Parka with Faux Fur Hood about a week after New Year's Eve (last month) from Burlington in Philly. Now less than 2 months later the zipper pull keeps coming off.
After I put it back on last week I'm zipping up the coat and the zipper pull comes off again and then the zipper itself gets stuck. I finally unstick it and now when I try to zip it whether I have it on or not, it comes apart. I can't exchange it because of store policy so I'm just stuck with this coat I paid $60-$70 for and it serves no purpose. It's cold af and my coat doesn't zip.
i would have been better off paying for that ugly Michael Kors coat that was next to it at least I'd probably still have a coat that works properly after less than 2 months and I hate MK products.
Unfortunately, my jacket from Primark has a better quality zipper. Too bad it's a jacket and not a coat.
