No a very friendly employee by the name of Viviam at roca fitness on Montwood. I asked her what was her last name for this complaint.
She refused to give me the information. The issue was that I lost my access card and proceeded to informed her. She stated that she could not check me in because it was excessively. This was the second time, which I understand that is not excessively.
I have a VIP access card, I informed her about this and she stated that VIPs pay less than most people. According to her VIPs arent that inportant. I have been a regular for 6 years.
Some of this employees have very little customer service etiquette. I like ep fitness but I am becoming desastisfied with the poor service rendered by your employees.
