Firstly, they allow you to add and even pay for items that are not in stock. When I asked how I could do this, Tammi-Lynne told me they *did* have it in stock. When I pressed her on it, she then changed her story to they did *not* have it. I questioned the practice of allowing people to pay for an item they dont have, and she responded with a total non-sequitur condescending blowoff. Our inventory and purchasing systems are highly automated and we keep statistics for each product in order to provide reliable estimates and also make sure that we have more than enough stock.

However, it can be difficult to always have every product in stock at all times. We unfortunately cannot predict the precise quantity that we will sell during a specific period of time as well as the availability of products from our manufacturers.

We do provide estimated arrival dates on our website. Please note that we update the date frequently based on new information we receive from the manufacturer. Once you make your order online, it is placed in a priority sequence.

We make sure all orders are processed as fast as possible. You will not be charged until we ship your order.

Problems with payment

2 day air is really like 3ish

Submitted an order on a Wednesday morning around 11:15. Paid for 2 day air. The website says North American orders have to be in no later than 2pm. I get a confirmation email, no tracking number, no follow up email indicating when my package will arrive and if it has been shipped. Called Monday morning, informs me that package was shipped Thursday morning and will be here by the end of today. Let's count 2 day air: Thursday- 1, Friday-2 , Saturday -3, Monday -4. Even if we don't count Saturday it still puts it at 3 days.For an order put in on a Wedesday @ 11:15 am with 2 Day shipping, it still doesn't make sense for me to get it by Monday @ 4:30 pm. Customer support refused to refund the two day and reduce it to 3-5 day ground.UPS still delivers on Saturdays, their shipping and customer service needs some improvements

One day is for shipping, and the 2 day air is the time it takes for UPS to process to deliver the package.
