Am yet to receive my order and I cannot get through to an actual human to sort out this problem. They simply close my email query and that was it. Terrible customer service.

Their courier in Sydney claims to have delivered on 3 occasions unsuccessfully, as it is a business on a main road, that is not possible. They have not tried to contact me and I dont know who they are.
The Shop app doesnt provide that information or a contact number for either the courier or the seller.
Emails go nowhere. The Christmas present has still not arrived.

Resolved: You’re sending me the wrong part

- - I tried to reach you many times with no response.
- - I paid for a P37 Shane power supply but got the wrong part and a flower pot for order RTO211353.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent me my part right away sent me an E mail apologizing. I e mailed.
I have tried to contact you several times several different ways and nothing seems to go through. I paid you for to send a part and youre sending the wrong part.
I ordered order number is RTO211353 ordered P 37 Shane control power supply for the pinball machine and youre sending me according to my invoice and FPDO should a flower pot thing that I never ordered.
Please help me. I need to get the parts.

I received an email from robotime within a day of sending an online form. Not able to speak with anyone phone line rang and rang. This was international call.

Part ordered
- - Ordered P37I power supply part for EG01 pinball; paid $5 shipping; received an FPDO instead.
- - Tried emailing and calling; they don't respond.
I ordered a broken part for the little book time pinball machine EG01 best central control power supply. Part number P37I paid the five dollars for the shipping and I got a confirmation back that theyre sending an FPDO which I dont know what it is.
Its not the part I ordered. I tried to get in touch with them. Ive sent them emails.
I tried to call them even though it cost me to call them and they dont answer so I dont know what else to do. I need the part

Missing pieces
- - It was missing multiple pieces, including the wax needed to build it.

We were given one of these for Christmas and it was missing multiple pieces including the wax required to build it. I couldnt get in contact with anyone from the company I wouldnt recommend buying any of these.
