Robly not an option for email marketing

I have to say I have tried quite a lot of companies for email marketing and more or less they all function the same way. Robly contacted me and they offered a better price than the main competitors constant contact and mailchimp and they also offered help from a specialist and that hey would create 3 custom optimized templates by their experts so my emails perfomr better.
It has been 3 months already... and at least 4 calls and chats thourght the platform and I still do not have my so called custom templates!!!!
they do not have any customer service what so ever - they delayed my first email (that was a promotion for 4th of july) and ,y clients got it on July 7th... not a doubt why no one bought from me on that promotion...
