Horrible Customer Service

My 2014 Focus has been repaired 7 times due to the powershift transmission. It has currently been at Robinson Brothers Ford in Baton Rouge for 3 weeks waiting on a 2nd clutch replacement. The vehicle has a leak inside by the driver foot-well and we paid $2000 to have that fixed, but it still leaks. The transmission is trash and they keep patching it up. My daughter has been walking to school (college student) and taking busses. The Customer service managers assigned to our case will not answer our call and the dealership will not help us with a rental.
