Incompetant Business / Incompetant Service
I contracted this company to embroider.160 hats for my company and paid them $1600.00 in full on 16 Nov 2023. Long story short it took over 2 months, complaints to the BBB, Cocoa Police and Fl State Consumer Services to get my merchandise from this company!
