The salesman placed an order for a car with my son for a motability car and took a deposit off him without me being present. This is totally against motability rules.

And although Motability made them cancel the order they will not return the deposit. This was at the Newcastle branch.I am a very sick and disabled man on sickness benefit and cannot afford to loose this money. They are trying to say it is my sons fault, but if the salesman had never broken motability rules this situation could not have occurred.

They are very unapollogetic for the whole affair. I am going to stand outside the dealership and warn people.
