No Access to My Materials
- - Joined Robin Sharma Nation for $27/mo for access to multiple courses; now only three show, charged for November, and no support response.
This is now the third email I've sent to the support address and no one has responded. I joined Robin Sharma Nation for $27 per month to have access to multiple courses via the online platform.
Now when I go back to the 'My Courses' section on the site, it only shows three courses. This is not what I signed up for and now they have charged me another $27 for November but I don't have access to my course.
Will someone please reach out to me and let me know how to fix this? Or just simply turn my subscription back on so I can access my content.

Cant get access to materials

Then on top of that there is no access to the materials offered, on top of which you can't speak with a customer service rep to get access.

Cant get access to materials

My complaint is that I have no access to the material I purchased.
I tried calling the company, but could only leave a message. I also emailed customer service, had communication, but nothing since Wednesday.

Cannot get into program
I was sent an email. I tried to login with an old password.
It said something went wrong. I could not reset the password and get into the new programs that I just purchased.

I complained that I never received my login information. It turned out that the login was sent from Customer Care and not from his web-site. They responded immediately to inform of the correct information.
