They kicked us without an appeal and we were forced to sell our home. They violated the second amendment and tried to make a disabled veteran homeless.

They do not care about their residents. They put an eviction on my record and never properly evicted me.

They also continued to harass me after we were forced to move into an apartment. I want the last six years of lot rent back and I plan on suing

Cant speak to the owner. The management is anti second amendment and hate veterans under the age of 65.

They only care about the residents who are democrats and over the age of 65. They want to kick out all the families and only believe liars.

If you are a republican and support the constitution they will evict you as they have too much power and do not care about anyone but their own political interests. I want a public apology from all the individuals who attempted to harass and verbal abuse my husband as well as six months free rent.

I tried to secure my spot at coachland for the winter, and supposedly I am blacklisted! The woman in charge of the Rv park her name is Sue!

She I was so rude to me and my family and told my kids to blank off! I really don't think she is being what the employees are supposed to act! Which is on the Main website . I have lived in Truckee for 37 years and I know numerous people that have stayed at coachland and all said that Sue is really mean and rude!

I really think she needs to find a different job ! She is angry all the time. I am just trying to stay at coachland for the winter. Alex said that I could stay this winter, but now I am bla cklisted.

Just want to stay for the winter because there is a lot of spaces available.

Hidden charges

Found web site. Called for information and made reservations.

Advised we had a 39' 5th wheel and a motorcycle trailer. Was told we could not park the motorcycle trailer at the site but they had ample parking for the second trailer. Checked in, set up in our site. THEN we received a call from the office saying there was a $50/month charge for the motorcycle trailer.

Seems to be some misleading advertising and failure to communicate all charges to us. Also, a resident in the resort told us there was a $5/month fee to read the electrical meter.

This information was not communicated to us by management. Another case of not communicating all charges from management.
