Sent wrong film, has not replaced it after request

I ordered three videos. from Robert's Hard to Find Videos. I was told that it might take 6 weeks, and it took every bit of it. They were not cheap. One was the wrong film. I telephoned the business and e-mailed him as well for a replacement. It's been months and it never happened. Before you order a video from this concern, check out E-bay or Amazon first. There is a good chance you can find it there a lot cheaper and it will take only a few days, not six weeks. Also they are responsible for their vendors.
