Concrete project gone bad
Robert's Concrete Construction Services did a horrible job on our concrete project. He didn't follow his typed instructions on our contract and the quality of the work is just bad. Robert's agrees that the work is not satisfactory, but just argues loudly rather than try to fix the problem or offer a solution. The rounded forms were not fluid resulting in a rounded step not being rounded, planters being odd-shaped and elongated and walkway that is wobbly edged and crooked. Robert's stamped the borders (despite the contract calling for a broom finish) disfiguring the trowelled borders. The grading is also poor resulting in a large puddle about 1/2 inches deep. Never use Robert's!
