I received email on 31th of October from online customer service which I will get refund in next few days but I still havent received refund for item which has be returned for more tgann2 months. I will never purchase anything from them. Their customer service is very bad.

I ordered a Roberto Cavalli body mist for $20. After waiting weeks for delivery, the product finally arrived from Italy with no protective seal, loose inside a box, and the liquid level clearly incomplete. For an international brand, this is unacceptable. A product shipped internationally must come sealed to protect the customer.
I contacted customer service and returned the item. Instead of solving the issue, they told me the product was used and refused a refund. That is exactly what I had reported from the beginning: it arrived already in that condition. To make it worse, they said if I wanted the product back, I would need to pay international shipping.
This is not about the $20. It's about the way this brand handles its customers. We are not talking about a random no-name company; we are talking about an international luxury brand. For a name like Roberto Cavalli, such treatment is not only disappointing but damaging to the brand itself.
I did not want to return the item in the first place. I wanted to keep it, but since the bottle was not even full, I had no choice but to question it. Instead of addressing the issue with respect and responsibility, they dismissed me and questioned my honesty as a customer.
Customers deserve better than this.
