My daughters’ were 17 and 13 when their dad decided to file a lawsuit for 50/50. He didn’t want to pay the $403 child support he was paying since 2005.

He had the kids every other weekend only. He still lived with his mother in his own room. My kids would stay in the room with him. They each had a twin size bed in the same room.

I was not getting any financial assistance aside from the $403 from child support that he did not want to pay. I asked their dad to split a cost of a car for my oldest daughter and he said no. Instead he hired a lawyer to sue me instead. It has been a stressful 2 years.....

YES 2 years for this *** *** case. The judge saw right through my children ‘s father. The judge told me I had a good lawyer because he asked all the right questions and stated on task. I didn’t understand his methods in the beginning but he never steered me wrong.

He won every argument against the other attorney. He kept my husband and I calm the best way he can and handled everything. I thought I knew what was best but I didn’t. I knew nothing.

Robert is a very experienced attorney. He will not waste your money, my attorney fees went a long way with him. He was worth every penny and then some. I received $20,000 in back child support for the past to 2 years.

My children’s father was ordered to get a home where the kids have their own room and do family sessions with our children. When it was all over I was in shock!!!! It took 2 years because of my ex and his *** *** attorney. They were trying to hide his finances.

BUT ROBERT HANNAN GOT HIM!!!!! I can go on and on about Robert H. You will not be disappointed. He is honest and very fair.

We have one more hearing for court fees and I’m confident it will end well.

I also like to add he kept me on task, reminded me to stay calm and tell the truth. I respected that and the rest he handled.

Be watchful of the letters he files with the courts, as everything he sends over is a scare tacic to get the other side to buckle, if you can not prove what Robert Hannan sends opposing attoreny you are in BIG TROUBLE. Request all letters and emails transaction between him and attorneys involved. DO NOT LET HIM treat you like this. Approve all letters and motions set by this man, or you may be hurting yourself when it comes time to go to court.

Robert Hannan has multiple copmplaints online, accused of being involved with Women In distress according to Avvo, and yet an apparent woman claims he treated her badly. Is Robert Hannan using Women In Distress to play off womens emotions?

He also basicly told me to shut up everytime I needed to discuss my case. He didnt even know his assistant had already collected key information. Almost seemed to be sabotaging my custody case. His who scene is very shady and he wants to be paid up front because he knows you wouldnt pay him after he screws up your case and tells you how hes gonna win."

Apparently Robert S Hannan took an oath to become an attorney, this means he represents the law, but I found through public search by way of Broward County Clerk Public Search, that Robert S Hannan may not appear to what he portrays on paper or within his statement on his website.

Example, Robert Scott Hannan, has been ticketed for criminal traffic it appears, and also ticketed for hunting/fishing/trapping without a license. Furthermore Robert Scott Hannan, also has a pending lawsuit it appears found on Broward County Clerk Public records in the tune of $250,000.00. It appears that Robert Hannan files frivolous paperwork to hold people contempt for late or indebted payments in the form of support, yet Robert Hannan, appears that he feels he is above reproach with these debts in which he tries to prosecute others not astute in law practice.

What is interesting is that most of his complaints online, people claim that Robert Hannan would drag out a simple divorce and take over 1-2 years. Why would an attorney do that? I hope its not because of the $250,000.00 debt that he is in arrears for.

I know this guy and have seen the way he operates, he sucks big time and is in it all for the cash. I certainly wouldn't recommend him to anyone because he's a opportunist from what I've heard who prays on woman.

Ever heard the analogy, "Birds Of A Feather"?

It's interesting that Robert Hannan would write that he is behind this judge 110%, shouldn't the courts and attorneys be fair to the general public? Surely no judge in Broward would favor Robert S Hannan based on friendship..........right? It appears this Judge and Robert Hannan know each other doesn't it ?
