Robert moreno insurance services

I just realized i havent received my bill for a while acutally 2 months now! I tried calling them and their answering message loops over & over! I'm thinkin i been driving around for months now with no coverage & i've been scammed! Glad i didnt have automatic payments set up with them! RIPOFFS!! I've been paying these guys for years now and allways received a bill once a month now i havent received any correspondance from them whether they went out of business or what? so unprofessional & i guess sometimes its better to go with a reputable co.

Robert Moreno Insurance Customer DISservice

My car was rear-ended by someone insured by Robert Moreno Insurance. There was no question from both insurance companies that their insured was at fault. Despite this, it took nearly 2 weeks to get my car inspected, the adjuster they sent did an incompetent job so the auto repair shop had to request that send someone for another appraisal as their estimate was WAY too low. The insurance adjuster and his superior DO NOT return phone calls. It was almost 2 MONTHS before my car was fixed & they said they would cover the cost of my rental car while my car got fixed, as long as I got the cheapest economy car rate per day. In the end, they only paid about 75% of the rental car, even though I got the cheapest car rate they have!!!!! They have the WORST customer service of any business I have ever contacted. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Our car was hit by an unlicensed driver who was insured by Robert Moreno Insurance. Now we are getting the run around with unanswered phone calls and no answers. I will now file a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office and see how that works out.


Same story: victimized by rear-ender: RMI wanted vast information for out-of-state property insurer: Said insurer said they never heard of RMI's customer.Next try will be CA Dept. of insurance.


omg these incompetent ****** can't do nothing besides transfer calls to a never ending rotation. I don't understand how these people go home happy after being complete ***** and not even bothering to return a call after multiple voicemails on different people's machines it's been a month i'm still waiting....
