The absolute worst service department

Took my truck in to have valve stems replaced because they put the wrong ones in when purchased set of tires from them and 3 out 4 had blew out. Instead of repairing they charged $1700.00 for a wheel hub that I didnt need and kept the truck a week and still didnt repair valve stems claimed they are waiting on parts.

Now its been 2 weeks and they are paid in full the service advisor has not called and want answer the phone when we call. His name is Gregg Corbin and he is a liar, scammer and runs your bill up with parts that you dont need to get better commission. I have dealt with him on 3 different occasions and its the same eveytime.

Will never go back. Cant even get the parts that are paid for

Took my truck to Robert Loehr Dodge in Cartersville to have my front end repaired and rear end repaired. I picked it up and my rear end still popping, they replaced spider gears and all the bearings.

Still popping, tore it down again and still popping. I took it back where it sat outside untouched , they said they drove it and it was fine. I got in it drove 10 yards started popping. They told me it was put together right to drive it popping.

Ill never use that dealership again and these are my front tires after I got back my truck. They offered to pay half for tire replacement. They didn't look that way when I took my truck in. Piece of *** service department.

I spent over 4000 dollars there. Very pissed off customer.
