Robert Fileccia in my opinion is one of the greatest lawyers I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He Puts clients first and is a trial lawyer.
Lawyers are not cheap however in my opinion the value of Fileccia's services are very cheap.
The bitter and ignorant people disgruntled by the fact that they had to spend money in the first place come on this site thinking they got ripped off because they've never dealt with many lawyers. As my father always said you get what you pay for however my opinion is that with Mr Fileccia you get more than you paid for.

This attorney is the furthest thing from a real attorney. Do not hire him.
He is entangled in a major legal lawsuit about to erupt with another lawyer who is disbarred. What a disgrace to lawyers all over. He also operates out of a non confidential garage office. He is also a criminal himself and committed criminal crimes against me, while I had retained him.
And paid him in full for his services in which he did not provide. Lets just say Robert John Fileccia is in a class all of his own.

I will never again. I have felt with better attorneys in my opinion. He was recently arrested and was even indicted in the past. I heard many customers were not to happy with this guy.

I hired Robert Fileccia in good faith but to my dismay total outrage he turned out to be one of the biggest scam artist extortionist liar game player criminal who was supposed to Defend the people. As a warning to all who have thought of hiring him he’s a fake scheming lowlife
I retained Robert Fileccia of Staten Island in good faith hoping that he would uphold his oath open office, as a defender for the people. To my great disappointment and out rage I found him to be nothing but a scam artist who uses lies and pretense to make his clients pay him monies he is not worth.
His ethics and professionalism belong in the sewer. He is a embarrassment to the legal profession I should be disbarred for the tactics that he uses.
He is nothing more then a legal extortionist. I warn anyone who is considering to hiring this so-called lawyer do not and beware
