It would be in your best interest to NOT work for a scam team like Robert Half Legal (RHL). Fake job descriptions to lure you to register, so they can advertise your resume BUT when clients want to meet you in person, they will say that you are no longer available AND that they can find another candidate JUST like you.

Sleezy sales tactic. They will make you pound the calls - 75 calls per day. Companies have complained that RHL continuously calls them, EVEN though the companies have blacklisted RHL. Most Toronto law firms cannot stand the RHL team - they even told me that in PERSON when I met with them (when I was hired as an Account Executive).

And the team? They will stab you in the back and take your clients, if you're out of office for ONE DAY. Absolutely toxic environment!! Most RHL employees lack proper education/training etc.

You can destroy your career by working there. Save yourself, please save yourself. Your mental health is more important that working with toxic people and a toxic company.

If you don't believe me, just read about all the different former employees all over North America who have something similar to say. Robert Half is NOT a leader, they are not even followers of recruitment principles, they are a scam company built on false promises.
