Slow, but finally!

I ordered product December 3 and was told 4-6 biz days to received. 10 days later, I couldnt even find if the order had been processed.

I couldnt find a working customer service number or email, this site managed to do that for me. My package arrived today. The pick ticket shows it was picked the same day I ordered it. Not sure what happened.

Anyway, its the first problem I have jad after many orders. Troubling was not finding a way to contact them!

User's recommendation: Don’t know but is my first time I bought on line and I have no luck .. my order came incomplete and up to today no answer from Robert Graham yet .. two weeks 10 E-mails .. and multiple calls from my end I haven’t even received a courtesy call back … just keep trying and used app like PISSED customer to z if they can help .. is your money and with this economy every penny count…it was my Christmas gift to myself .. always keep proof of purchases…
