I ordered product December 3 and was told 4-6 biz days to received. 10 days later, I couldnt even find if the order had been processed.
I couldnt find a working customer service number or email, this site managed to do that for me. My package arrived today. The pick ticket shows it was picked the same day I ordered it. Not sure what happened.
Anyway, its the first problem I have jad after many orders. Troubling was not finding a way to contact them!

I placed an order after Christmas and attempted to return it after New Year's but was told I missed the holiday return deadline, which was 2 weeks before 30 days of purchase! The items were never worn and still have tags attached. Gina refused to make an exception to honor the exchange of 1 skirt and 1 camisole that are now useless.

- Please cancel the duplicate order so only one goes through.
I placed an order with Venmo, and I thought it didnt go through because I was placing the order with my phone so I placed the same order with paper that went through so I looked at my account. It was double charge, but I only have one for the number for now, so please I just need one order to go through. Are you people should cancel the other one because its the same thing order
