Purchased 02/11/22 the latch mechanism has short circuited.there was a smell of burnt plastic and some smoke from inside thr surround from the lock mechanism had melted and the same with the door mechanism the microm wave still function ed but gave off smoke I must say I am not pissed off I dont like the phraseology much I would like to know what you can to remedy this .

I made an order on the 04/04/24. Today 11/04/24 still no tracking number.
I rang your customer service. also Forest Garden who are supposed to deliver, but still no confirmation of delivery.
Your company has taken money from my account but I still have nothing. I have been in touch with PayPal today.
