Invention submission scam

In 2017 Robert Croak ended up taking 90% and full control of the business concepts I attempted to have him make for me. He got this property at no cost to himself, by stalling, making excuses and false promises. In May 2014 i invested $10,000 upfront for Robert Croak to develop and launch novelty products. The deal went awry within 6 months due to his lack of communication and progress. I was offered a partial refund of the remaining funds not yet spent. I refused, but came to an agreement where he would continue to work on the product. He continued to be very difficult to communicate with and produced only excuses for his missed deadlines. For the next 2.5 years i fought hard to motivate Robert or recover my money. I finally preasured Mr. Croak into repaying me,but, I was desperate and gave up 90% ownership. There has still been no progress on my ideas and now i have given away control. Beware when doing business with Robert Croak.
