Being charged full price for a pair of shoes that should have been $19 not $38 during your July4th sale. The number that is suppose to be customer service is asking for me to put in the brand that I'm calling for doesn't give a directory to reach you then hangs up. THAT'S REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
