Do not work in the office if you are white.
Office is completely minority, very unruly at that. As a majority minority office would be expected.
Very rude and unprofessional towards White women.
Owner and Controller have an (understanding) agreement and nothing will change. Non minority women beware.
Bad Business!
I went to Nissan for a diagnostic test for my 2009 Nissia Rogue and the customer service person refused to work on my car, which I wasn’t asking them to work on my car, I was asking them to tell me what was wrong with it. I was going to pay for any services that I received, but to be mean and tell me you’re not going to work on my car is just bad business, but the manager Scott was very nice and understanding and I would like to thank him fir that, but for the other guy here’s to you - Bad for business customer service!!
Preferred solution: Better attitudes when it comes to customers
Deliberate Miss Quote for repairs
I bought a used 2013 Nissan Rouge from Robbins and I did not buy a wrentee but after I made the 2nd payment on the car the transmission went out. I had the car towed to Firestone and they did a diagnostic and told me repairs would be $4600.
I called Robbins Nissan and spoke to the service manager Dan Lipari and told him about my car. I told him the price Firestone had quoted me and he said they could fix my car for $4200, he said he would knock 10% off the labor cost because I bought the car from them. He said labor would be 1800 and the transmission would be cost 2200, that is a total of $4000. I told Edquardo the manager at Firestone what the Nissan Manager told me and he grin and said, dealerships will tell you anything to get you to bring your car to them but they never beat the price we quote.
So I had my car towed to Robbins Nissan and two days later the Service manager called me back and said my car would cost $5200...I was pissed and I told him what he had said and he denied saying it. I told him I would have never had my car brought to you if you had told me $5200 and he denied saying that.
I then had to pay Robbins $187 for a diagnostic service on my car and I had to pay to have my car towed back to Frestone. Firestone called me today and my car is finished, the total is $4700......It turns our Robbins Nissan did just what the manager of Firestone said...don't trust them

Service department
I have 5,127 miles on my brand new Titan XD. Went in to get a service update and was told I would have to leave the vehicle over night to get any work done.
The update takes 20 mins to perform. George Hammond told me that is how they perform all their work on vehicles.
If I knew I had to leave my vehicle like this to perform any work on it, I would not have bought a Nissan. Robbins Nissan gets a thumbs down for poor service managing on vehicles.
STAY AWAY FROM ROBBINS NISSAN!!!
If I could I’d give them 0 stars. Make sure y’all read all reviews before even stopping by to browse their dealership so y’all can save some trouble and time.
My previous car was totaled due to the floods in August, so my insurance paid it off. My husband and I went ahead to purchase a vehicle from them over the weekend of 09/15/17 to be exact. I did not mind a broken windshield that the vehicle we got had because they promised me they’d fix it and promised it’d be ready that same day. Then, they called my husband at around 6pm that it was not ready, yet again they promised it’d ready by the next day.
And, again! IT WAS NOT READY! I honestly needed a car to get to work so my husband And I picked it up how it was so I could get to work the next day. They told me to take it the next day because for sure they were going to have it ready, they said they had and assured me they had the glass it just needed to be installed.
Okay no, they lied AGAIN!! and not just that! They even lied about having the glass! They did not even have it!!!they changed the whole story on my husband when he went to drop it off !!At this point I do not even know what to do!
I am very upset because this is day 5, 09/20/2017!! And my car is still not ready and on top of that all the LIES And their stories that they like to make up. Although they gave us a rental on day 5, that is not enough and did not make up for everything that they are making me go through. Also, their employees don’t have respect for customers.
When I was explaining the situation to one of them he was laughing in my face. BAD CUSTOMRR SERVICE! My main concern is that they lie non-stop. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Read all reviews they are mostly NEGATIVE so that says a lot. I Should've done that before coming to Robbins Nissan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. *UPDATE: 09/21/2017* I decided or was convinced by my husband to give them 1 more day and I agreed.
Okay, today in the morning my husband called and told them to have it ready by 3pm if not that we’d just pick it up because we cannot waste more time with them, when my husband was on the phone with them one of the salesmen confessed to my husband that he’s just been telling us what his manager tells them to say that its really out of the sales team control. Okay, so now, I Know that it was THE MANAGER LYING AND MAKING UP STUFF ALL ALONG. WOW, what kind of manager is that? HORRIBLE!
Never acquiring another vehicle from them and if I could and if I knew how terrible of a dealership this is, I would’ve never given them my business. *********STAY AWAY FROM ROBBINS NISSAN! ***************** And read all reviews, NEGATIVE. On the other hand, ROBBINS CHEVY is beyond better, very professional and even their building looks better, the employees there are very helpful and professional.
We bought our previous car there and it was Amazing!! Never had a problem with them and they do not lie!!!
Robbins Nissan Auto Loan Review from Spring, Texas
The used car salesman put me into a car that was over my price limit telling me that it was within my price range. Then he tried to add protective packages, etc to increase he price even more.
The finance department quoted me interest rates that were double the interest rates I qualified for at other dealerships. After convincing me to buy an extended warrenty which increased the price even further and extending the terms of the loan they were " able to get a lower interest rate" which made the monthly payments within my price range but made the term of the loan longer. Only after all this negotiation was I able to drive the car off the lot to have it inspected by my mechanic. The salesman assured me it was a "cream puff" car.
It was not. My mechanic said it needs $3000 worth of work and isn't safe to drive.
Just bad Idea
I would like folks to know that before you give your personal information away IE social security numbers ect, you should ask this dealership to provide you with a criminal background check on the finance manager you use. One of them has been arrested for forgery drug possesion ect, there is no law against this as there would be for a pedifile owning a daycare, but would you want a ex convict to have access to this information of yours? Maybe The OCCC will change this rule it seems only to be in place for a banker who deals in finance.
Rufuse to fix my vehicle after being paid for the work
We have been loyal customers of Nissan for the past 7 years buying 2 Frontiers, 3 Titans, 2 Sentra's and a Cube so we do know how Nissan's operate. .
Collision Robbins Nissan 8/1/2011- ongoing. Told me it was common practice for Nissan to put in Nissan parts at the cost insurance allows a perk for Nissan customers. Then put in sub standard parts and never notified me about their decision not to honor their word. Robbins NISSAN Humble TX.
wanted me to drive vehicle with 6 wires from battery spliced together. Because the power harness was on back order from Japan and it could be weeks to months for it to come in. Had to take a male friend there with me then they told me it was a fire hazard. 9/13/2011 Released vehicle to me I took it to Firestone 9/15/2011.
Had alignment done was told they could not get it into spec, and alignment would not hold? The outside temp gauge was spiking losing power, ac losing power pulling to the right. 9/16/2011 returned to Robbins Nissan. They argued with me 3 to 4 hours telling me this is how Nissan Titans run and drive.
I explained to them we are long time Nissan owners and we have a 2008 Nissan Titan that does not have these problems. They admitted truck was very hot ac losing power, pulling to the right. Had to refuse to take vehicle home due to the excessive heat on engine, few days later told us the radiator was too small for the Titan. Has alignment problems, truck will go into alignment but will not stay in alignment.
The sensor for the outside temp was replaced but the temp gauge still spikes 10 to 30 degrees while driving. I have pictures to prove this, problem not resolved. Ac still having problems, still losing power. I was told all these problems were due to the radiator being too small we ask how that happened and was told.
Nissan did not know even though they were the ones who did all the work from the accident and put in the radiator. I believe they replaced the radiator but it is still not the right radiator for the Nissan Titan since we are still having the same problems. Went back to Nissan on 9/21/2011 noticed a new battery we ask why and was told it was leaking acid, while fixing this vehicle from collision they had to replace the housing the battery sits on due to damage so they handled the battery and put it back in the truck knowing it was leaking acid. Went for a test drive with us the Truck is still pulling to the right, outside temp gauge still spiking, ac making noise, at times works at times does not work, told us they were going to fix it.
Next day called us, stating they did nothing to fix the problems and argued with us to the point we had to hang up on them. They called insurance told them the truck was fixed they cut off our rental and forced us to pick up the truck. On the way home engine lost power, alignment still pulling to the right, outside temp gauge spiked 8 times during a 40 mile drive spiking 10 to 30 degrees while it does this the ac loses power and the air is not cold. They painted over small dents bubbles in the paint.
Headlight is still not in correct. Now refuse to correctly fix the problem. Told us the truck should have been totaled but never told insurance this. We were promised to get this vehicle in the same condition as it was before the wreck.
Then told us all these problems were there before the wreck. This is a 2009 Nissan Titan during the repairs it was still under 36,000 miles, has the extended warranty.
I cannot count the lies they have told during this process. Went as far as to tell us they hired engineers to survey hwy 59 and determined its normal for a vehicle to completely change lanes in 8 seconds.
Nissan Murano and the Pig Squeal
If you enjoy the sound of a squealing pig, then this car is just right for you. The Nissan Murano squeals loudly and I mean loudly when you drive in reverse and then apply the brakes.
Of course I got the run around with the dealership and the Corporate office. Also the sticker proudly displayed 22/25 mpg yeah, okay. I get 16.2 mpg. My full size van got better gas mileage than this 2006 Nissan Murano.
Beware of this car.
Test drive it in the rain and make sure to check out the reverse squealin' pig entertainment lol.
