A ONE RATING IS BEING NICE. We have business account and I have an personal account as well.

We return a print jet ink on Jan19th and waiting for a credit on our credit card instead you gave us Amazon credit on my personal account. I called and told them the situation, and they said they would fit it. It was not fit, and then I spoke to a supervisor, and she said that it is pass the time so they can not do anything about it. It's on my personal account and all I want is for it to be switched from my personal account to the business account.

She hung up on me after she said she could not do anything about. I said the where is customer service and making a customer happy.
