I have a new Robalo Cayman 266 boat. It's in the shop now, and Robalo says they offer a 5-year warranty on their hulls. The boat has an air pocket in the upper gunnel area, which led to cracks alongside my boat.
I contacted customer service several times, during which I've only been lied to and swept under the rug. Do not buy a Robalo boat; the customer service department is very rude and will tell you they're gonna take care of your problems, only to find out from the repair shop that the Robalo customer service team never even called or tried to fix the manufacturer issues with your boat.
Please consider buying a Key West or any other boat for that matter; the quality and service are very poor.

I love my 24 /6 cayman 2024 I traded in 2016 cayman. The new back seat that opens in the back to get to the power switch is way too heavy to lift.
I talked to Lori about this problem no help except to call my dealer. I had to come home from work to lift the seat up for my wife as she was taking boat out with friends and couldn’t lift the seat it is so heavy. And when u let it down u have to be very careful because it will get away from u and slam down. I did not realize the seat was that heavy when we took the boat out at the dealer because they had turned the power on.
I don’t think I would have purchased boat if I was aware that it would be that difficult to get to power switch. I can just barely lift it.
I have called twice this week and left messages. No return calls. Talked to operator twice she forwarded it to somebody have never heard nack

I have a 2016 Robo boat sitting on a coyote trailer aluminum aluminum swivel hinges that hold the bunk metal is junk. When I call parts department they never call me back.
Ive called many different departments to complain snap swivel broke put *** through my boat replacement parts are aluminum, hopefully high strength I went out and bought stainless steel Which will perform the junk that they will sell you they should be giving you the parts for free. I will probably have to call the national highway safety Association to inform the public about the dangers driving behind a Robalo boat sitting on a coyote trailer.

Contacted Robalo customer service about structural fiberglass issue that they refused to fix. All they did was pass my email to hungry salesmen who say they have nothing to do with service or warranty.

Didn't perform work maintenance
I purchased a Robalo at the dealers Choice Marine in Orlando in 2014. Operated by Justin Miller.
After many times taking the boat for service and maintenance, they failed, and I believe now that they never had the motor checked.
They were charging me for maintenance service, but the service wasn't done properly. I ended up trading in the Robalo for a new Key West Boat.
I have pictures and a verbal statement from the mechanic at the Key West Boat that the motor on the Robalo was damaged due to a breakdown of maintenance. I spent approximately $10,000 on repairs.
